Pilar, I am a women who has been healthy worked out regularly 5-6 days a week was a semi vegiterian only chicken(grilled, baked, bolied, steamed) and fish, no snacks, no soda. I did really good until I met my husband and got pregant and completly chnaged my way of eating.
I gained 35-40 lbs while pregant after 18 yrs from my first child. I have lost weight and gained weight, I am at my highest weight of 183pds, 5’8″ but can’t get rid of the muffin top, love handles?, arm bags. I know what it takes , but can’t get there for some reason? thats unexplainable? Can you help me?
I want to just get rid of the fat, tone and feel good about myself again.
